Zoop is billing-first field service software backed by Stripe. Send a payment link, take cards and bank payments, and watch the invoice mark itself paid — all without your customer downloading anything.
One Stripe-backed checkout handles cards, bank payments, and digital wallets — plus offline methods for the customers who still hand you a check.
The Stripe Payment Element takes credit and debit cards plus ACH bank transfers in one secure checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay show up automatically on supported devices — nothing extra to switch on.
Every invoice gets a secure, signed public link your customer opens on their phone and pays in seconds — no account, no app, no password. You can also create standalone reusable or open-amount links with usage tracking for deposits and one-off charges.
Customers can save a card or bank account on file and pick a default method, so repeat jobs and recurring plans charge without re-entering anything. Everything is stored securely by Stripe.
Connect payouts with Stripe Connect Express. Zoop walks you through the identity and bank verification step by step, then deposits land in your account on Stripe's standard payout schedule.
Show free-text instructions for cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or ACH right on the invoice — even before Stripe is connected. Record those payments manually so every invoice stays accurate.
Issue full or partial refunds in a couple of taps. Overdue invoices send automatic reminders, and you can fire a manual retry whenever you want — no spreadsheet chasing required.
Finish the work, send the invoice, and Zoop attaches a secure payment link your customer opens on their phone. They tap a card, choose Apple Pay or Google Pay, or pay straight from their bank by ACH. The moment it clears, the invoice flips to paid and a receipt goes out automatically. No login, no app download, no waiting on a check in the mail. Saved payment methods mean the next job is even faster, and Stripe handles every cent of the security and compliance behind it.
Zoop isn’t a standalone payment button — it’s the billing layer inside a tool that runs the full job lifecycle. Quote a job, convert it to an invoice in one click, schedule the work, and collect payment, all in the same place. Recurring maintenance plans charge saved cards automatically through an authorized auto-pay flow with a full consent trail. Your customer portal lets clients pay outstanding invoices, manage their saved methods, and grab receipts on their own. And because pricing is role-based, never per seat, your whole crew is in without a surprise bill.
Connect Stripe through the guided Stripe Connect Express onboarding, then send any invoice with its secure payment link. Your customer opens the link on their phone and pays with a card, ACH bank transfer, Apple Pay, or Google Pay — no login or app required. When the payment clears, Zoop marks the invoice paid and sends a receipt automatically. You can also record cash, check, or other offline payments manually.
Through the Stripe Payment Element you can take credit and debit cards and ACH bank transfers, and Apple Pay and Google Pay appear automatically on supported devices. Customers can save a card or bank account for repeat and recurring charges. For everything else, you can show offline instructions for cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or ACH on the invoice and record those payments by hand.
No. Every invoice carries a secure, signed public payment link, so customers pay straight from their phone or computer with no login and no app to download. They can optionally use the passwordless customer portal to view invoices, pay, manage saved cards and bank accounts, and view receipts — but it’s never required just to pay.
Yes. Alongside per-invoice links, Zoop creates standalone payment links that are reusable and can be set to an open amount, with usage tracking. They’re handy for deposits, retainers, and one-off charges where you don’t need a full invoice.
You can issue full or partial refunds directly from the invoice. Overdue invoices move into automatic dunning with scheduled reminders, and you can trigger a manual retry on a saved payment method whenever you choose. Recurring plans charge automatically only after the customer completes an auto-pay authorization, which keeps a full payment-consent trail with one-click revoke.
Not yet. Today you collect payments through Stripe-backed payment links, the Payment Element, saved methods, and manual recording of offline payments. Tap to Pay using Stripe Terminal is on the roadmap and coming soon, but it is not available today, so we won’t claim it is.
Connect Stripe, send a payment link, and get paid before you leave the driveway. Zoop is free during beta — you only pay standard Stripe processing fees on card and bank payments.
