How is Zoop's CRM different from a generic sales CRM?

Generic CRMs are built for sales pipelines and deals. Zoop is built for home-service trades — plumbers, electricians, HVAC, landscapers, cleaners, roofers, and pest control. Customers are tied to physical properties, recurring maintenance, scheduled jobs, and invoices, not abstract deal stages. The history you see is the work history, and you can schedule a job or send an invoice without leaving the record.

Can I track multiple properties and contacts for one customer?

Yes. Zoop runs in any mobile browser today, so your techs can pull up a customer, check notes, and see job history from the truck. A native iOS and Android app is in pre-release and arriving around the end of Q2 2026.
