Both. Zoop is billing-first, so quotes, invoices, and payments are dialed in, and it also runs the whole job lifecycle: scheduling, jobs, a dispatch board, crews, customers, recurring work, and an online-booking storefront. It is not billing now with scheduling later. All of that ships today.

How do customers pay?

You send a secure payment link the customer pays from their phone with no login. Stripe handles cards and ACH bank payments and automatically surfaces Apple Pay and Google Pay. Saved cards make repeat work fast, and you can record manual payments or show offline instructions for cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App right on the invoice.

Does Zoop work on my phone?

Yes. Zoop works in any mobile browser today, so you can quote, schedule, and collect payment from the job site. Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon, arriving around the end of Q2 2026.

What about AI and contracts?

Today Zoop includes an AI receptionist that answers customer inquiries from a knowledge base you configure, plus automated maintenance reminders over SMS. Conversational voice-to-invoice AI, digital contracts and e-signatures, inventory tracking, and advanced reporting are coming soon.
